Please look at the details in the sleep cap to choose the appropriate size cap for your hair type.

Due to the nature of our products we cannot resale used hair accessories.

Inspect your items upon receiving them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and strive to give you great service.

Shipping cost are not covered for returns or exchanges, and are non-refundable.

Note these non-returnable items:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider tracking your shipment or purchasing insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
