Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please read the descriptions to choose the appropriate size cap for your head size and hair density. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot resale used hair or skin accessories. Please inspect your items upon receiving them. Your item must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return. If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at our expense. If you want to make a return or exchange, please contact us to initiate a return.  Shipping of returns or exchanges is at the customer’s expense, and we suggest you send all items with tracking.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be posted. Please get in touch with us at swurlyco@gmail.com with any processing questions. If you are shipping an item back, consider tracking your shipment or purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
